Working with Fonts

Setting Font Style

The font style affects the visual perception of the text.

  • On the toolbar, click the dropdown menu for fonts:
    • You will see a list of available fonts. Among them are standard fonts like Arial (default), Times New Roman, Courier New, and others;
    • To find additional fonts, click More fonts at the top of the list;
    • In the window that opens, you can use the search bar to find the desired font;
    • To the right of the search bar are filters:
      • Script — allows you to select fonts for different language scripts;
      • Show — filters fonts by style: Display (decorative), Handwriting (handwritten), Monospace (fixed width), Serif (serif), Sans Serif (sans serif);
      • Sort — sorts fonts by name, date added, or popularity;
    • After selecting the desired font(s) and clicking OK, it will be added to the standard fonts in the font menu;
  • Select the desired font from the list.

Setting Font Size

The font size determines the readability of the text and its emphasis.

  • On the toolbar, click the dropdown menu for font size;
  • Select the desired font size from the available options, such as 10, 12, 14, etc;
  • You can also use the + and buttons next to the dropdown menu to increase or decrease the font size.

You can also change the font size via the FormatFont size tab.
