Comments and Google Meet Integration
In this chapter we will explore the topic of Comments and Google Meet Integration. These tools enhance collaboration by allowing feedback through comments and real-time discussions using Google Meet.
Comments
Comments enable you to leave notes and questions directly in the document without altering its content.
- Select the cell you want to comment on;
- Go to the Insert menu and select Comment,
or right-click on the cell and choose Comment; - Enter your comment in the pop-up field and click Comment;
- To reply to a comment, click on it and type your response;
- Once the issue is resolved, click Resolve to close the comment.
Google Meet Integration
Google Meet allows you to host video conferences directly from the spreadsheet, making it easy to discuss data in real time.
- Go to the top-right corner of the spreadsheet and click the Google Meet camera icon;
- Choose Start a new meeting or Use meeting code;
- A Google Meet window will open, enabling you to communicate with collaborators;
- During the meeting, participants can view the document together and comment on data in real time;
- Close the meeting window when finished without leaving the document.
