Important Points:

We use the CREATE command for creating a new database in a MySQL Server;
A MySQL query or command can be executed using its MySqlCommand instance;
Commands that do not retrieve data from the database are called Non-Queries and hence are executed using the ExecuteNonQuery method of the MySqlCommand objects.
