First Steps
After installing Tableau, you can open it and connect to a data source (file). Tableau supports various data formats, including Microsoft Excel, Text Files (CSV), and databases. We'll be working with a dataset called "Sample – Superstore", which is stored as an Excel file. To practice, we recommend downloading the file by clicking the button below and following along with the videos.
