Creating Forms
Creating a Form
- Go to the Tools menu → Create a new form;
- A new form will open in Google Forms, linked to your spreadsheet.
Customizing the Form
Customizing the form allows you to tailor its appearance and content to specific needs.
- Enter the form title and description;
- Add questions by selecting response types such as text, multiple choice, checkboxes, etc;
- For example, add one question: What's your favorite color? with answer choices: Red, Blue, Green.
Publishing and Sharing the Form
Publishing and sharing the form allows you to distribute it to others for collecting responses.
- Click Send in the top-right corner of the form;
- You can send the form link via email, social media, or embed it on a website.
Viewing Responses
Viewing responses allows you to analyze and manage the collected data in the form.
- Once participants have filled out the form, return to Google Sheets;
- A new sheet will appear in the spreadsheet, automatically gathering all responses with timestamps.
