Stakeholders
In Agile development, Stakeholders play a crucial role in shaping the product and ensuring its success.
Types of Stakeholders
Stakeholders can be broadly categorized into two types: internal and external.
Internal Stakeholders are individuals or groups within the organization, such as project managers, team members, and company executives. They are directly involved in the project's development and are responsible for making strategic decisions and providing resources.
External Stakeholders include customers, users, suppliers, and other external parties who have an interest in the project's outcome. They provide valuable feedback and insights that help shape the product to meet market needs.
Role of Stakeholders in Agile

-
Prioritizing Features: Stakeholders collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize backlog features, ensuring the development of high-value items;
-
Supporting the Agile Team: Stakeholders offer support, resources, and guidance, boosting team morale and focus on delivering quality products;
