In the previous task, you had received a request to make a list of all the books that were published either before 1990 or after 2015.

The solution for the previous task involved the usage of the OR operator.
Now your task is to rewrite the same query, however this time without the OR operator.
The books table includes these columns: id, title, author, genre and publication_year.
