What is Illustrator?

Adobe Illustrator is a vector graphics editing software developed by Adobe Inc., designed primarily for creating and editing scalable vector artwork.

Launched in 1987, Illustrator is widely used in graphic design, illustration, and digital art.

We'll get to that later in the course in more detail. But we're gonna create logos, icons, symbols, and even some digital art like these:

The Difference between Adobe Photoshop and Adobe illustrator:
