Scheduling Without the Back-And-Forth
Coordinating a meeting time over email usually takes several messages back and forth. Some email tools now catch this pattern automatically.
When Gmail detects that a thread is trying to coordinate a time, it can surface a Help me schedule button. It proposes time slots that work across the calendars of the people involved, so you do not have to check availability manually or send another round of messages.
Getting Answers From Your Inbox and Documents
Finding one specific detail across dozens of emails or documents usually means opening several of them and scanning manually.
Built-in AI search tools skip that step. Instead of returning a list of matching messages, they read the relevant ones and give you a direct answer:
What did the vendor say about the shipping delay?
Rather than 40 threads to check yourself, you get the answer pulled directly from the one that matters. The same approach works across documents, letting you ask a question about a file's content instead of opening and reading it in full.
Task
Try your email or document tool's built-in AI search on a real question you have about something already sitting in your inbox or Drive, instead of opening and reading each item yourself.
