Recently, the library donated some of its antique books to a charity organization to make space for new collections. However, the records of these books are still present in the database, which needs to be cleaned up.

These books meet the following criteria:

They were published before the year 1900;
They are marked as unavailable (is_available = FALSE) since they are no longer in the library's possession.
