### The Course Project

The agency workflow will include:

* Finding potential clients
* Creating mock website designs for them
* Managing leads through a dashboard
* Sending personalized outreach
* Connecting Claude to external tools and services

Each part of the project introduces a different Claude Code capability.

### Connecting External Tools

Finally, you will work with MCP connectors, which allow Claude to interact with services such as databases, hosting platforms, and Gmail.

You will also explore subagents, which can divide work into smaller tasks and complete multiple parts of a workflow more efficiently.

By the end of the course, you will understand how to use Claude Code to move from a business idea to a deployed application supported by practical automation workflows.

### Building Business Processes

You will then create the backend tools needed to manage the agency workflow. This includes building a dashboard, finding leads, and generating mock websites for prospective clients.

Claude Code will be used not only to create the software, but also to automate parts of the process.

### Providing Project Context

Next, you will learn how to keep Claude aligned with your project. This includes working with the `.claude` directory and the `CLAUDE.md` file.

These tools allow you to define project requirements, goals, conventions, and other instructions that Claude should follow while working.

### Getting Started with Claude Code

First, you will install Claude Code and explore different ways to use it. You will then create a landing page for the agency and deploy it to the web.

This provides a complete first workflow, from describing an idea to publishing a working website.
