Challenge

You have to implement two functions:

• function_1 - this is an outer function that accepts two parameters: a and b. The following values are accepted as arguments: 73 and 6.
• function_2 - this is an inner function, that accepts one parameter: c.The following value is accepted as argument: 31 And display the result of adding all parameters: both from function_1 and from function_2 (that is, this function should display such result: a+b+c).
