Let's now move to a more advanced topic (since we are in the advanced topics section 😀): Macros and VBAs.

Macros and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) open the doors to automation and advanced customization in Excel. Macros are recorded sequences of actions that can be replayed to automate repetitive tasks.

VBA, on the other hand, is a powerful programming language built into Excel, allowing you to write custom code to extend Excel's capabilities. With macros, you can save time by automating tasks like formatting, data cleaning, and report generation. VBA takes it a step further, enabling you to create interactive user forms, build custom functions, and perform complex data analysis.

As you can see in the video, I first recorded the macro. The macro selected all cells, created borders, and set the text to bold. Every time I execute the macro, it performs the same operation over and over again.

Unfortunately, I can not share my macro with you. Excel's privacy settings will block the execution right away. Why don't head over the Automation tab and start experimenting by yourself?
