Before Claude can classify or draft anything, it needs a **workspace** with a predictable structure, and actual messages inside it to work with.
 
For a communication system, that structure usually means:
* A **messages** folder, populated with a small set of **sample messages** covering different types, tones, and audiences;
* A **processed** folder, where messages move once they've been classified or drafted;
* A **categories** file, listing every message type the system will use and a short definition for each.

In this lab, you will ask Claude to build this structure and generate a handful of sample messages to fill it. This same batch is what every later lab in the course will classify, adapt, and draft from, so you'll keep coming back to it.
