Error Handling in Power Query

During long work sessions with a file, you might encounter an error when moving files and the workbook fails to find the table using the old link. This results in a warning with a yellow triangle🚨

You can use a detailed guide to practice the steps from the video.

Another common error occurs during calculations. Sometimes such errors are hard to spot initially because Power Query only shows the first 1000 rows of the table, and if the error is further down, we simply won’t see it. That’s why we used grouping to check for errors.

Our goal is to thoroughly prepare the data for analysis with the highest quality.

Everything was clear?

How can we improve it?

Thanks for your feedback!
